Cantor Fitzgerald Appoints Gregory Anderson as Managing Director of Public Finance

NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., a leading global financial services firm, today announced the appointment of Gregory Anderson as Managing Director on the Public Finance and Municipal Debt Capital Markets team.   Mr. Anderson will help to develop Cantor Fitzgerald's public finance efforts, and expand its municipal underwriting, sales and trading business, specifically in negotiated underwriting.

Mr. Anderson previously served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Public Finance at Lebenthal & Co.   He has also held senior positions at Dean Witter Reynolds, Advest, Inc. and Salomon Brothers, and has extensive expertise in a broad range of tax-exempt and taxable financings.

Cantor Fitzgerald's Municipal Debt Capital Markets team has over 15 experienced institutional sales people and traders, and is continually expanding across all aspects of the platform.
